Customer Information:

All items picked up from Customer are owned by Customer and are of clear title, and turned over to GreenTek Solutions free and clear of any lien, encumbrance, or claim. GreenTek Solutions will remove all asset tags and erase all hard drives ensuring that nothing is left on or in the equipment that would indicate that the items came from Customer unless Customer elects above not to require destruction of data. GreenTek Solutions will attempt to salvage any usable equipment or parts from the equipment for resale. Any items that cannot be salvaged for resale will be destroyed according to EPA guidelines at GreenTek Solutions' expense.
